At a free initial consultation, we first listen as you explain the type, size and theme of your next event. We are then able to offer suggestions for possible venues, caterers, activities, entertainment, décor and any other services that you may require to make your event as successful and memorable as possible.
Once we have a clear idea of your needs, we go about making all of the arrangements, including mailing invitations, managing RSVP lists and securing contracts with vendors. The day of your event we will be present to attend to any last minute details and ensure that everything is in place, on time and flowing smoothly, leaving you free to fully enjoy the company of your guests and festivities. When the event comes to a close, we also take care of the clean up to make certain that your big day is stress-free from start to finish.
